Aerosol Training Course

Two-Day Aerosol Training Course:
Theory and Practical Experience

We recently hosted a successful aerosol training course aimed at equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills for working safely and effectively with aerosol technology. This two-day course blended both theoretical foundations and practical application to ensure a comprehensive understanding of aerosol systems.

Day One: Understanding Aerosol Technology and Safety

The first day of the aerosol training course focused on the fundamental components of aerosol systems, including the can structure, dispensing valve, and pressurised propellants. Participants gained a deep understanding of safety standards and compliance regulations necessary when working with aerosols, which are classified as dangerous goods.

Topics covered included:

  • Introduction to aerosol packaging

  • Hazard classification and legal compliance

  • Safety protocols in manufacturing environments

  • Best practices for storage and transport

Day Two: Hands-On Practical Experience

On the second day, attendees participated in a hands-on workshop where they assembled and filled their own aerosol cans. This practical exercise helped reinforce the previous day’s theory while demonstrating real-world applications using a range of products, from personal care to industrial cleaning solutions.

We extend our sincere thanks to the teams from Amka Products, Reckitt Benckiser Pharmaceuticals, Shield Chemicals, ISP Chemicals, DRV Plastics, and Acorn Pharmaceuticals for their enthusiastic participation and valuable contributions.
