Some members get Together

The Aerosol Manufacturers’ Association (AMA) recently hosted a highly successful networking breakfast, marking a significant step in fostering stronger connections within the aerosol industry. Held at the picturesque Indaba Hotel, the event brought together members for an engaging morning of interaction, inspiration, and insight.

The breakfast, organised by Corporate Sport, featured two renowned rugby legends, Duane Vermeulen and Frans Steyn, as guest speakers. Their presence not only added star power but also provided attendees with inspiring stories and valuable lessons. With a table of 10 fully booked, the event highlighted the demand for opportunities that bring industry professionals together.

The AMA’s Executive Director expressed enthusiasm for this initiative:
“This was a ‘suck it and see’ scenario, and the fact that we filled the table indicates there’s a real need for this kind of event. It’s a platform for our members to network, interact, and even strengthen business relationships.”

Starting bright and early at 7:00 AM and wrapping up just after 9:00 AM, the event was designed to be convenient, making it an ideal forum for various purposes. Attendees could use the gathering to onboard new members, pitch to potential customers, express gratitude to existing clients, or even motivate their teams.
Looking ahead, the AMA plans to organize similar events, leveraging this successful model to enhance industry engagement. With a format that combines networking, knowledge-sharing, and motivational experiences, these breakfasts are set to become a staple in the AMA calendar.

As the Executive Director aptly put it:
“It’s not just about the breakfast or the talks; it’s about the connections we create and the value we provide to our members. We’re excited to continue in this vein and offer more opportunities like this in the future.”

Stay tuned for upcoming events as the AMA continues to build a stronger, more connected aerosol industry.
