- Tee-Off Time Shotgun Start: 11h00
(Arrive at 10h00 for Registration and snacks, collect your Goodie bag and practice your putting. Please be on your tee-box at 10h45 LATEST. If you arrive late, play will begin as scheduled, and you will need to join your 4-Ball independently, wherever they may be. - Dinner & prize-giving to follow

- 11h00 - Tee-Off Shotgun Start (Scramble Drive except on par 3’s – 2 scores to count)
- 16h30 - End of play – hand in your scorecard and shower

- 18h00 - Prize-Giving

Game Format
- Tee-off time: 11h00 on all tees due to shotgun start. Ensure you know which hole you are teeing off from.
- Cost to play: R 5,000 (Excl) per four-ball (See “what’s included” below).
- Playing off the white tees. Game format: 4-ball alliance, 2 scores to count. Scramble drive on all holes except par 3's.
- Official handicap to be used. If you don’t have an official handicap, your last official handicap to be used. If you have never had an official handicap, you play off 18.
- Ancillary Competitions: 4th hole, par 5, straightest drive. 9th hole, par 4, closest to the pin on 2nd shot. 15th hole, par 3, closest to the pin.

Pricing

- Please note that preference will be given to paid up AMA Members if 4-Ball bookings exceed capacity.
- Dinner-only Ticket: R500 per person (excl. VAT)
Sponsorship Opportunities
Hole Sponsorship
- Hole selection: First come, first served
- Details: The 4th, 9th, and 15th holes will host competitions (closest to the pin/straightest drive). Alternatively, the 5th, 8th, 15th and 17th are par 3’s. Choose your hole first-come, first-served. The organisers reserve the right to change sponsorship holes to ensure an even spread across the course.
- Full T&Cs sent on confirmation
- Banners and branding Deliver your branded banners (marked with company name & hole) the day before to be put up, but you must take them down and home with you.
- Club drinks menu available (recommended). Let the club know your order 5 days before the event.
- Bringing your own drinks = R1,200 surcharge
- Hardtack & shooters allowed if rest of drinks purchased from club
- No returns, but unused drinks can be taken home
- Table + 2 chairs available for hire: R150 Tablecloths & umbrellas not supplied.

We welcome donated items like golf balls, tees, towels, sunblock and deodorant for our goodie bags which can be branded.
