Aerosol Training

Two Day Theory and Practical Training Course

In our recent two-day training course, participants were introduced to the complexities of using technology in handling aerosols. The first day focused on the various aspects of these containers, emphasising the importance of safety due to their classification as dangerous goods. Understanding these intricacies is crucial for anyone working with such technology.

On the second day, attendees engaged in a practical exercise, applying the theory learned the day before to fill and market an aerosol can. The training covered essential components, including the can itself, the valve for dispensing the product, the propellant that provides pressure, and the diverse contents such as deodorants, insecticides, and cleaning products.

This comprehensive training highlighted the multifaceted nature of aerosol technology, reinforcing that knowledge of one component does not equate to understanding the entire system. The program has been well-received and deemed vital for ensuring safety and expertise in this field.
